About the Role As a Clinical Nurse Manager , you’ll lead clinical governance and resident care, working closely with the Residential Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality care. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for confident CNMs who enjoy making an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical care delivery and resident assessments Provide clinical leadership and support to care teams Ensure compliance with accreditation, AN-ACC, and best-practice standards Support admissions and smooth resident transitions Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives Maintain strong clinical governance and safety standards What You’ll Need Current AHPRA registration (RN) Proven Clinical Nurse Manager experience within aged care Strong knowledge of AN-ACC, accreditation, and clinical governance Confident leadership and communication skills Current Police Check and NDIS clearance Flexibility to work across regional & remote WA locations Why Take a Contract?
